1.1		Each new test creation will cost Rs.1000* and will allow 100 students to take this test without extra cost. There after the prices mentioned in the matrix will be applicable

1.2		As test papers are created against question papers uploaded on the web portal hence buying one test paper provides uploading right for three question papers at most. Further uploading of question papers will be allowed against number of tests creation rights they have bought. For example if you have bought 10 tests creation rights then through your account you can upload at most 30 question papers in advance and 10 (ten) tests can be created by using any of these 30 question papers.
1.3		Unused question papers (that is no test created on these question papers) will remain active for the period of 4 (four) months. Then after user has to upload these question papers again as they will be deleted from the server.
1.4		The prices of adding students given in the matrix are over the same tests and will not be calculated over total no of students across different tests.
1.5		Each test has one month validity after creation but without activation, that is after creating a test, client has to activate the test else it will expire automatically
1.6		Each test activated has validity of 4 (four) month from the date of creation. That is user has to utilize this test within this period only and after four month the test will be deactivated automatically and one month grace period will start. During grace period client (user) can view the test, responses and analysis of the students but this test cannot be assigned to the students. More over during this period the students cannot take this test even if it is assigned to them.
1.7		The validity can be extended by sending formal request with in the grace period and the amount of Rs. 200* will be charged. The requests for different tests will be entertained separately. For each request the validity is extended by 4 (four) months only.
1.8		If a student is not assigned any test for three month his/her account will be deactivated automatically. The account of the students will remain activated up to three months from the last taken test or last assigned tests whichever is later.
1.9		The account of the students will remain active if any active test is assigned to him/ her even if his /her account is going to be deactivated under clause 1.8
1.10		The URL for admin end and student end will be a sub domain of Yoctel. For your sub domain or domain name which will masked on ours, Rs 350* will be charged extra

2.1		You will get value equal to Rs. 12000 and you can utilize this as per your use. The cost for test creation and offering the same to your students will be calculated as per Test on Demand Plan.
2.2		You have to utilize this amount within four months from the date of activation of the plan. After four months you will not be able to create any test or will not be able to assign any test to any student.
2.3		The validity of each test, student’s test profile and test records is same as mentioned in the test on demand plan
2.4		This plan offers you a great flexibility for conducting on line tests. For example by paying just 10,000 you can conduct the same test to 2350 students! See the Table below to understand the process of the cost evaluation-

3.1		You get 50 tests creation right and each test can be given by at most 400 students after that Rs.8 per student per test will be charged.
3.2		100 question papers can be uploaded and form these question papers 50 tests can be created for online tests or for offline tests response uploading
3.3		Against each question paper used for offline tests the responses of only 400 students can be uploaded
3.4		The validity of each test, student’s test profile and test records is 11 month from the date of activation of the account.

4.1		You get 100 tests creation right and each test can be given by at most 400 students after that Rs.8 per student per test will be charged.
4.2		200 question papers can be uploaded and form these question papers a total of 100 tests can be created for online tests or for offline tests response uploading
4.3		If a classroom test is conducted then the responses of the students can be uploaded on the platform by creating test form the available tests in the plan only.
4.4		Number of students against any tests cannot exceed 400. Either they have taken online tests or their offline tests responses are uploaded
4.5		The validity of each test, student’s test profile and test records is 11 month from the date of activation of the account.
